DJ Spooky

As I was reading "Birth of a Nation", by Paul D. Miller a.k.a. DJ Spooky that Subliminal Kid, I found myself completely confused by what he was trying to say. I did enjoy his story of Georges Méliès' picture that turned into a bus morphing into a hearse. My computer didn't allow me to listen to the music piece he posted along with his words, i feel like I'm missing a big part of the picture here. But anyway, the man sounds like he knows what he's talking about and i enjoy his poetic tones to his writing.
